Business Plans give organisations a monthly allocation of Business Credits. Use one credit for each eligible paid business contract you create, while keeping consumer and other retail-only contracts separate at the normal retail price.
How Business Credits work
- Choose a monthly Business Plan.
- Your account receives the plan's Business Credits.
- Select a contract marked Included in Business Plan.
- One credit is used when an eligible paid contract is completed through checkout.
- Both parties sign online and receive the completed contract with its audit certificate.

Business Credit eligibility is controlled by each contract's schema, so this list stays aligned with checkout automatically as SigSwift adds new business templates.
Contractor Agreement
Included in Business Plan — eligible for payment using one Business Credit.
Employment Contract
Included in Business Plan — eligible for payment using one Business Credit.
Non Disclosure Agreement
Currently free — no Business Credit is required while the template remains free.
Tradesperson Work Agreement
Included in Business Plan — eligible for payment using one Business Credit.

Need more credits during the month?
Active Business Plan subscribers can purchase top-up credits. Current top-up pricing starts at €2.50 per credit for smaller quantities and reduces to €1.00 per credit at 1,000 credits. Prices exclude VAT.
Top-up credit validity
Top-up Business Credits expire 365 days after purchase and follow the same eligibility rule as subscription credits: they can only be used on Business Plan contract templates.
